4. What is the one item, right now, that would be the most valuable use of your time?
You must answer these questions honestly and clearly. As you ask yourself these questions and work on the answers all day, you will soon double your productivity.
Don't rely on your own understanding of your job to figure out your most important task. Seek input from your superiors and equals. Only when you are completely clear on the answers to these questions, will you be able to work on the most important things.
