Day 2: Choose Your Product Or Service.
On day 2, you will choose something to sell, and then make sure you can find a market that is looking for it, and confirm a way that you can easily reach that market. If you pick something you are really passionate about, it will make the whole task of setting up an online business a whole lot easier.
This day is also where you decide to either create a product, or find an affiliate program to promote, or create a content site with recommendations to various offers.
Day 3: Create Your Unique Offer.
One of the key success factors of starting any new online business is its ability to stand out from the competition and offer something truly desired by the customers, and by creating your unique offering, you can stand out from the crowd and build your business.
One important thing you can do to create a unique offer is to create a typical profile of your average customer - their age, sex, income, likes, and habits. Then tailor your offer to this individual, and ensure your benefits are the ones they are really looking for. It will make your product the obvious one to buy.

Day 4: Get Your Web Site Uploaded.

After you have all the pieces in order, and your website is up and ready to take orders, and advertising and marketing systems are in place, the next step is to manage the business. Make changes to improve performance, and outsource the tasks that need to be done but don't require your talent.
At this stage, most business owners usually split their time - 10% for customer support, 30% for product research and development, and the rest for marketing and advertising activities.
Regardless of the market you go after, you'll find your marketing efforts will be what produces the biggest impact on your profits. Follow the steps described here, and you can be in profit faster than most people think possible.
