With current boom in the IT industry, many people are getting attracted to the lucrative carrier and job opportunities available in the IT sector. To meet the rising demand even the IT industries are recruiting people at a very high rate. Many graduates or individuals who have degrees are taking part time or full time IT training in order to make an entry in the IT sector.
People with minimum IT knowledge are also being recruited by these IT companies as they are falling short of man power and work force. It industries deal in various sectors like software development, software testing, software maintenance, web designing, web development, web site administration, web site maintenance, games, operating system development, utility software programs development, anti viruses, anti- soft wares, security soft wares, and many other fields.
All these sectors and these various kinds of IT industries require skilled and efficient man power. Each sector requires different type of skill set and hence, various IT training courses are available. IT industries also recruit quality control people and IT training courses provide training even in quality control and quality management etc.
Basically there is two types of IT training that an individual can undertake, the first one in on the job or on site IT training and the other one is part time or full time IT training.
As mentioned above, each company requires individuals with a specific skill set, to cater to this demand the IT companies recruit people and then offer them specialized IT training. The individuals, who are recruited and then have to undergo the IT training, do not have to pay any thing for these training courses. The company invests in developing their skills and also pays them the monthly salary as per the terms and conditions of the company.
Companies take these IT trainings very seriously and individuals who do not do well in the training program can also get sacked. The IT training programs are full time programs and usually last for tow or three months. Many big companies have also developed special training centers for such IT training courses. These courses do not offer all the basic training, but help the individual acquire specialized knowledge and skills in the area which the company is working or according to the company needs.
These IT raining courses are offered by various institutes, colleges, and private firms. This type of IT training gives you an idea and knowledge of all the basic IT skills like computer languages, animation, etc. These IT training programs can have duration of varying length from one month to three or four years. Part time computer courses a have shorter duration and full time computer courses have longer duration. People with full time IT training are preferred by most of the IT industries. Many people also undertake multiple part time courses to acquire knowledge in all the computer related sectors for better job prospects.
