Once you have installed a good spy ware removal system on your computer, let it run a scan at least daily. The scan will locate the spy ware and show you how to remove it. This needs to be done at least once a day or the spy ware will continue to build up in your computer.

There are plenty of sites on the internet that have detailed instructions for removing all traces of these. Care should be taken, however, as this route requires a good understanding of your operating system.
