I have been using the Netflix movie rental system and wanted to share my review of it, and include where to find the netflix phone number and netflix service number.
I was so excited the first day, I called Netflix phone number to see how long it would take. They were busy so I found the Netflix service number and got a hold of a really nice customer service agent.
The massive momentum the company has is clear. I have had it recommended to me by many of my friends.
You can subscribe for a free 14 day trial and select from a list of DVD;s you want to see, and they mail you the movies in an envelope, 1-2 at a time.After watching the movie's you mail them back in the envelope they came in.
The postage is paid per movie and after you return the DVD they send you another one off of your list you selected.
The movie selection you have to choose from is enormous, including almost every movie made.
I really like not having to go to the video store to rent the movies. The convenience of not having to get in your car and go to the store is super.
Need to speak to a live customer support person, I found where the Netflix phone number is.
They have great specials and if you click on the special offer link on the site it will take you over and show you the special offer of the day.
You can have a steady stream of movies coming to you daily, it takes about a day or two for you to receive them and a day or two for the return. The list I have is huge, you just cant find the titles I choose from anywhere , well at least most of the video stores dont have them..
Google is entertaining the concept of doing the same marketing plan and see if they can repeat the same success as Netflix.
They do have some problem's when you return your movies too soon and often they will not send you back the new one's as fast. Throttling is the term it's called , but so far it has not been a problem for me. I cant watch more than 1 a day,anyway, some of my friends go thru 8-10 a week.
Checking my mail every day is exciting, to see if I have any new one's. The system is fantastic by using the postal service to mail us our dvd's, very clever.
Monthly fee for using them is way less than going to the video store and really is a lot easier. I have only had one dvd that had a scratch on it and they replaced it immediately.
I like to talk to a customer representative once in a while, so on my blog I have the Netflix phone number listed. I give them a 2 thumbs up and recommend you try it for the free 14 day trial.
