Repossession is not getting possessed by something again! Now that would be some kinda bad luck. I'm talking about repossession of your most prized and treasured belongings.
bad luck comes in threes. My children got taken away from me, I got dragged to prison, for something that wasn't my fault, and now just as I was getting my life back in order, the loss of my job I spent so hard getting! The credit crunch was harsh.
The cleaning job I had was my only hope in getting my life back together again, however the company had to leave behind such luxuries as having the cleaning done for them, in order to save the ever growing costs accumulating.
I went on the dole. A month went by, still no job. Still no liveable income, 60 every two weeks, is not nearly enough for me to be able to pay my living costs. The only way I could think of to survive was to do little jobs for people, get some cash in my pocket, they were happy, I was happy. bobs your uncle.
Some low life reported me for benefit fraud, this meant more debt and fines to payback. I was in a lot of trouble.
One Monday morning (why are Mondays the gloomiest days?) a letter dropped on my porch floor, they were going to repossess my house! I had neglected to respond to their previous repossession letters and failed to pay monies owed.
I wanted to drown in my cornflakes there and then. Crime seems my only way out of this mess, just as I was planning my first ever bank robbery, my neighbour called round and told me about a great way to get money fast. Cash for houses was the way.
If you need cash and have equity, houses for cash will buy your house from you like they did mine and pay you with.. CASH!! I was saved from repossession and could pay back my debts.
The Samaritan took me in when I was left homeless, gave me a job in his dry cleaning business, ironing. After many hours spent under his wing, I can now live safely under the knowledge that crime does not pay, and has helped me to realise how to avoid repossession in the future.
