You don't need ten assistants to lose ten pounds because right here you can learn the tricks of the trade!

Keeping things fresh with fruit filled smoothies and lean meats can help trim your tummy. Nutritionists will always tell you to not 'cut' out any of your food groups - even the carbohydrates! Instead you should eat everything in moderation by including whole grains with your proteins and some natural sugar like honey with your oatmeal.

You don't have to have buckets of bucks or a herd of paparazzi following you to lose the baby fat. Just planning out your week both with exercise and food will free up your time to spend with baby and family. Celebrity starlet success isn't because of the green they spend but the green they eat. Trim your tummy like a star by being on top of your health plan!
