Things you should know when you Travel to China.

Weather and Clothing;

* It is probably best to travel to China during autumn season, which spans from September to early November. The temperature during this time is a comfortable range of 50-72F with few chances of rain.

* Refrain from traveling to the so called, ?four furnaces? of China during summer, these are Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanchang and Tianjing.

* You have to make sure that you bring with you clothing appropriate for China's four seasons: Spring from March to May, Summer from June to August, Autumn from September to November, and Winter from January to February.

* Summer is also rainy season in China, a raincoat is essential during this time as umbrellas are usually defenseless against winds.

* Try not to wear revealing clothing as Chinese are conservative people .

* Chinese temples prohibit women wearing skirts to enter; therefore women should not forget to bring pants with them.

What to Bring into China;

* One of the things you shouldn't worry about when going to China is clothing because clothing is very cheap here, and would make pretty good souvenirs, so pack your bags light, and you can buy the rest of your wardrobe on the go.

* As the Chinese are very particular with Christianity, and Christian Catechism, it is recommended to take no more than one bible into China.

* You are not allowed to have animals, food, blood products, waste materials, portions of human body, blood and micro-organisms, biological products, and of course narcotics and deadly weapons in China.

* Any items which may include but are not limited to printed materials, films and tapes that pose a threat to China's economy, politics, culture and ethics are strictly prohibited.

When you arrive in China;

* In order to ensure you don't bring ant harmful diseases with you, you are obliged to undergo a health check before leaving the airport.

Photography in China;

* You are advised not to take shoot pictures of airports, military and or political facilities in China.

* If you are in an airplane or any type of aircraft, never take pictures.

* If you want to take pictures of residents or their possessions, ask their permission first.

* You are not allowed to take pictures in most temples, Palaces, grottoes and museums. To prevent any unnecessary trouble, be aware and attentive of signs that prohibit the taking of pictures. However, there are some establishments that will allow you to take pictures for a small fee.
