This is no different to an ordinary offline business except you are sat at home making a full time income instead of in a stuffy office or factory - the long hours are still a reality, at least for a while anyway, and especially in the first few months.
It is always useful to buy something from that person, if they are selling thier products, as this sets up a customer-business owner relationship, and any good expert will feel compelled to help you out as much as they can.
This way the dream of making money at home can have the chance to start to become a reality. Please do not get sucked in however by all the get-rich-quick claims you will see, because there are thousands of them circulating, and they suck in many unfortunate people along the way.
Finally, if you can get on good terms with the person who is making money at home full time online then make sure you keep on bugging them until you get the answers you need - it is their duty to help you succeed.
