A few years ago, my husband and I decide to begin investing in Real Estate and the stock market. We knew nothing except that we wanted time freedom and long term wealth to take care of our family. We took the time to read, learn and be educated and it has paid off in exciting ways.
It's funny to me how many people who find out that we are investing in Real Estate ask us if we are doing ok with the current market. Most people categorize all real estate together with no understanding that there is a big difference between the consumer sector of housing and the investing sector. To many, a loan on an apartment complex must be as scary as a loan on a house because of lack of education on the subject.
Oddly enough, many friends and family have watched us grow, seen our success, and now ask for advice. It's a blessing to help enhance their lives because of our success.
I am deeply thankful for what I have learned and I want to share that with you. I want to teach you to apply these ideas to the Home Based Business industry. I grew up in a poor home and I had to change a lot of my thinking about money. Let my learning aid your growth.
You see, if you want to be rich, you MUST learn the principles that the rich live by. It's not enough to win the lottery - many lottery winners end up worse off, often because the don't feel worthy of their newfound fortune so they squander it or give too much away rather than reinvest.
Because I have been trainined on investing techniques and concepts and have used them personally, I know how important it is to have a proper mindset and what to look for in an opportunity.
One of the most critical components to a business opportunity is the quality of education that comes with it. The education should include personal success and business techniques, as well as product education. The rich choose education over entertainment.
Many people need business education because of the deep fear they have of losing money to the point of paralysis, and others have so much guilt about how they do manage it that they try to drown it with spending. Get a financial education!
Your background in school does NOT matter. I know many slow learners who have become incredible successful because they chose to learn despite their learning abilities or reading level. Discover the power of passive income, learn about using compound interest to your advantage and you will be better off.
Get out of your TV habit or learn to record for later after your work and learning is done. Many people get rid of their TV initally. If you keep doing what you are doing you will stay where you are at financially.

So because time is important, you must learn to set up systems that work your business for you. You should be able to get to a point where you are basically hands off.
It takes time to get the systems in place. To me it's like building an the Alaskan Oil Pipeline. Once you have systems in place your time can be focused on other things and still have a large income streaming in because the business can be highly automated.
Learning to make money work for you, rather than you work for money is an important concept. It is a shift in thinking that can bring great wealth into your life. When you work for a living you are never paid what your time is truly worth!
Like the rich, learn to use the power of leverage. Leverage is using given resources to exponentially increase the outcome.
When you leverage someone else's money, time, or effort to get you to where you want to go you have just implemented leverage. This powerful vehicle gets you so much further than being on your own.
