You're about to discover a quick and easy way to remove spyware from a Microsoft Windows based PC. The good thing is that you don't have to be a technical geek to do it. All you have to do is follow the advice that I've provided below.

Here's the First Thing That You'll Need to Do

What you should do is backup important data first. While this isn't an active spyware step, it's part of the process. When you clean your system, you might put your important data at risk. So back it up, clean out your system, and then scan your backups afterwards. If they don't contain spyware, that's a good thing.

Get Ready to Scan and Remove Spyware from Your PC

Most people have anti-virus on there systems. What they don't have is a anti-spyware removal tool. If you don't have one, the first step is to get one. Once you have it, the next step is to make sure that it's up-to-date.

What you'll want to do is scan your whole system using a full scan. Skip the quick scan for now. If you're worried about your system being infected, you might as well do a full scan to insure that you've go all of the bases covered.

Does Windows Have a Command To Remove Spyware?

Most newer versions of Microsoft Windows have a tool called Windows Defender. This is supposed to protect your system from malicious software. In most cases, Windows Defender did not defend my system. So I don't even bother using it. So to answer this questions, there is no windows command or tool worth using to remove spyware or adware.

Identifying the Spyware and Remove it

Once you scan your system, your software will most likely give you an idea of what you have. It may also give you an option to backup files or your registry. Most of the time, I skip this step. While backing up files are important, we've already covered that at the beginning. I usually go ahead and perform the removal step.

Do a Virus Scan

So once your computer is clean, I would go ahead and do a virus scan. I often see my friends and family stop the virus scan when it initializes. So by doing this, you'll be decreasing the chances of viruses being found.
