Everyone loves a classic rags-to-riches tale. Bill Bartmann actually lived one. From a homeless gang member at 14 to a millionaire at 30 is quite a feat for anyone! He thanks his wife, Kathy, often for helping him turn his life around. In more than 30 years of marriage, she has never left his side.
Kathy is the one who convinced Bill Bartmann to get his GED, undergraduate degree, and later his law degree, all with a great deal of effort necessary. Because of his hard work and unwillingness to accept failure, Bill was able to open a law practice helping people who couldn't afford to hire an attorney.
Bill Bartmann kept the practice going for five years before deciding to enter the real estate business. This is where his financial roller coaster left the station. During the 1970's it was easy to succeed in real estate, so before long, Bill was a millionaire. He did so well that he tried his hand in the oil industry. It went well at first, but when the price of a barrel fell, Bill went bankrupt.
To add insult to injury, debt collectors started hassling Bill and Kathy over the phone. It was appalling how rude these people could be! Even if he had the money, he wouldn't have wanted to pay those awful people. That's when it hit him. Why not start a "nice" debt collection business? This idea was so successful that Bill was once again a millionaire.
Bill believed in his heart that most people were like him. They really wanted to pay their bills, but they weren't able to do so. He knew that he would be much more likely to send his money to a nice person than to a degrading one, so he figured other people were probably the same way. He knew they would send as much as they could, when they could. His idea worked!
Money never really mattered that much to Bill. He has always been the type to follow his heart, which in some cases brought wealth and some cases brought bankruptcy. He never listened to teachers who told him to get a high-paying job. Money doesn't matter if what you're doing doesn't make you happy. Passion, happiness, and success go hand in hand whether money follows or not.
Bill has been a millionaire three times, and now he's a billionaire, but he's also been bankrupt twice. He got his education at school, but his real knowledge came from the school of hard knocks. Bill uses his knowledge to help others with his Billionaire Mentor Program. Bill's program is different than all the others out there, because he shows his participants respect.
Bill knows that rich people demand just as much respect as the poor people he helped in his debt collection business. His program isn't a bunch of airy foo-foo and rainbows like many programs are. His materials aren't one-size-fits-all either. Everything you learn is necessary, and everything is on your level. He doesn't try to sell you anything, either. Everything in the program is included in the advertised price.
