This stunning 11,000-acre ski area provides enchanting mountain views and offers a first rate winter ski destination or weekend retreat with top class skiing and snowboarding, first rate accommodation and many culinary delights.
With a wide selection of winter activities Wintergreen Resort still manages to achieve a refreshing atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The tennis facilities are second to none and the resort enjoys two golf courses with some 45 holes of championship golf as well as a mountain top spa and dining options for the most discerning guest.
Families are also able to have a great time and there are a variety of special packages and special children's programs with the goal of keeping all visitors happy throughout the year. The special children's programs allow them to learn about birds, fossils, wild flowers and stream life. To this end there are frequent guided hikes through the resort's own nature preserve.
