It's a beautiful sunny day. You've just unpacked the car, the kids are all excited and you open the doors to your cabin cruiser and are overwhelmed by the stench. The smell in the cabin is more than anyone can stand. The afternoon cruise has to be cancelled and everyone is upset. Someone used an ineffective product.

This unfortunate situation could have been prevented. There are several products on the market that could have been effective in this situation. But are thy Green? Are these products safe for use in a small contained area, or would the toxic chemicals themselves be harmful to you and your family?

There is clearly a "green revolution" going on in the world. Everyone is trying to do their part to save the environment. This is definitely true among the boating crowd. It is imperative to the future of the waterways that we use products that are eco-friendly. No one wants to sail in polluted waters.

With eco-friendly "Green" EPA approved products you can clean and disinfect, deodorize and kill mold and mildew with just one product. Safe enough to drink but strong enough to kill 99.9% of all bacteria. If these products are accidentally spilled into the water they will do no harm to the eco-system.

Is there mold and mildew on board the boat? What boat doesn'thave this problem? This can be prevented for over 7 months with just one application using a Green product.

Another problem area is cooking odors. While on board most of us use a common air-freshener to handle foul odors. However most of these are in fact dangerous, as the give off harmful VOC's. In a small cabin area this could have long term effects on you and your family. A Green odor eliminator has no toxic chemicals, and will give off no harmful VOC's

Situations like the one at the beginning of the article require preventive action before the situation occurs. Have a product available to treat incidents like this. But, choose that product wisely. Look at the label for product warnings and ingrediants. You want to use a Green product that contains no harmful chemicals and gives off no toxic VOC's. Most products that have a scent contain these harmful and toxic chemicals. Choose a Green product that is odorless and safe. Live by the standard of "Clean has no smell
